Although our company is relatively young, we have established remarkable contacts and partners, which include a ‘conglomerate’ of Kenyan University students, the Kajiado County, the Swedish Embassy, National Environment Management Association of Kenya (NEMA) and River Water Users Association of Kenya (RWUA). With the help of the aforementioned partners we have facilitated a cleanup of the Oloolua Forest, tree planting at the Ngong Hills, garbage segregation awareness campaigns, to name but a few of our projects.

We are presently working on a Waste to Energy curricula to be facilitated in the Kajiado County. Nikola Energy is not only looking to usher in a Green Kenya, we also hope to be able build capacity, proffer desirable, viable, and feasible ways with which waste is managed and ultimately reused, and, recycled. We also intend to create awareness in this regard, such that the mwananchi is better responsible for their own waste and the environment at large.
